Terms of Service
By downloading or using NoFap Challenge - Reboot75 ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
NoFap Challenge - Reboot75 is a self-improvement tool that provides streak tracking, daily check-ins, milestone achievements, AI-powered support chat, and progress statistics. The app is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or psychological condition.
2. Subscriptions
Reboot75 Pro features (unlimited AI chat, full 75-day program guide, detailed statistics with Swift Charts) require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Two plans are available: Weekly ($4.99) and Yearly ($29.99 with a 3-day free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Free users receive the full streak tracker, daily check-ins with journal, 3 AI chat sessions total, and basic statistics. Core tracking features stay free. We may change free limits with reasonable notice.
3. Apple Media Services Terms
In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the AI chat API (automated bulk requests, scraping, circumventing rate limits, etc.) or use the app for any illegal purpose. We may suspend access for violations.
5. AI disclaimer
AI-generated responses in the chat feature are generated by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies. The AI is designed for supportive conversation, not clinical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI responses. The app is a self-improvement companion, not a substitute for professional healthcare.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, streak ring design, and milestone system are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to your journal entries and personal data, all of which remain on your device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
