Privacy Policy
NoFap Challenge - Reboot75 ("we", "our", or "the app") helps you build self-discipline through streak tracking, daily check-ins, milestone achievements, and AI-powered support chat. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app and how we protect it.
1. Information we process
Your personal data stays on your device. All your streaks, daily check-ins, journal entries, relapse logs, trigger tags, milestone progress, and preferences are stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of this data.
AI chat messages. When you use the AI Chat or Panic/SOS feature, your messages are transmitted over HTTPS to our secure backend (a Cloudflare Worker) and forwarded to an AI model provider for processing. Messages are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Only an anonymous session token is attached — no personal identifiers.
Anonymous device identifier. A random UUID stored on your device (Keychain) is used to count free AI chat sessions for free-tier users and link your App Store subscription via RevenueCat. It is not your name, email, or Apple ID.
Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify Pro status. We do not receive your payment card details.
2. What we do not collect
- No account registration or email required to use the app
- No advertising trackers or third-party ad SDKs
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not store your chat messages server-side
- No analytics SDK — your usage data stays local
- No cloud syncing of your streak, check-in, or journal data
3. How AI chat works
When you send a message to the AI support companion, your message is sent over HTTPS to our secure Cloudflare Worker backend, which forwards a processing request to a third-party AI service. The AI generates a supportive response and returns it. The request includes only the message content needed to produce a reply and your anonymous device ID for rate limiting. Messages are not permanently stored and are not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
4. Data retention
Server-side rate-limit counters for free-tier AI chat sessions are stored temporarily in Cloudflare KV and linked only to your anonymous device ID. We do not maintain a long-term archive of your messages or content on our servers after a request completes. All your on-device data (streaks, check-ins, journals, logs) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
5. Children's privacy
NoFap Challenge - Reboot75 is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we use minimal identifiers and all sensitive data stays on your device, deleting the app from your iPhone removes all locally stored information. For subscription data, manage your account through Apple.
7. International users
Our backend infrastructure may process AI chat requests in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the AI chat feature, you consent to this processing for the purpose of delivering the service.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
